Different systems explained

EVA (Elvaloy KEE) is mixed with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and creates an incredibly tough and flexible membrane even when exposed to chemical pollutants such as grease or fuels. The permanent flexibility and chemical resistance makes this system a performance leader in single-ply roofing.

  • ALWITRA EVALON
  • SEAMAN FIBERTITE

PVCp (Polyvinyl chloride) is a thermo plastic polymer that has been made into roofing membranes by the addition of specialist plasticers, which in turn makes it softer and more flexible.

  • SIKA–TROCAL
  • PROTAN

EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) a type of synthetic rubber or an elastomer which includes rubbers having a saturated chain of the polymethylene type.

  • RESITRIX
  • FIRESTONE

CP Roofing specializes in the installation of EVA, PVC and EPDM single ply systems which are advanced technology in flat roofing. These systems have established an outstanding track record in all climates over the last 40 to 50 years. As a result, leading architects and developers specify this roofing technology in many domestic, commercial and industrial applications.

Single ply systems allow for reliable and quick application and installation. They provide maximum freedom of roof design due to their characteristics, durability and sustainability. All joints and laps are homogeneously welded through hot air fusing the thermo plastic material together, resulting in a weld that is stronger than the membrane material itself.

Whether a roof is a new build or refurbishment, single ply membranes are the technologically advanced flat roofing material. Single ply membranes are very versatile, suitable for overlaying existing felt, asphalt and other roofing materials. This makes roofing refurbishments more cost effective and reduces the risk of water ingress during the refurbishment process.

Only companies with NVQ style trained fitters are licensed to install these systems. As an approved and licensed contractor for the ALWITRA, SIKA-TROCAL & RESTRIX membranes, CP Roofing are confident of giving their customers a variety of quality solutions for their roofing requirements.

Our installation teams are closely supervised to ensure quality workmanship. In addition, all installations are inspected by quality control officers from the manufacturer on completion.
